(1) How long until I receive my auction win? -----After we receive the payment, allow 2-3 business days to process and pack your order. If you choose Ground Service it takes from 7-10 days to reach the East Coast from us in California by UPS or US Mail. Packages 2lbs or less are sent by US Mail. If you are in Canada, we now ship all packages by via US Mail, except Desks. Other International customers please allow 2-4 weeks. International shipments are by US mail only. We can give you a choice of Airmail or Surface Mail to International Customers.
(2) Can I mail payment? ---- Yes, I will notify all winners by email within 24 hours of auction end with a mailing address for payments. Payment must be in US Funds. Domestic Checks are not held, unless you have a Zero rating. Add 8.25% Calif sales tax to the merchandise portion if you are in California. We ship as soon as we receive your payment, Please put the auction number, your Ebay name, and your shipping address in the envelope. Allow 7 days extra if you mail payment. We can't leave feedback (see below) if you forget your Ebay name or auction number. International mail payments must be US$ Money Orders or Cash.
(3) How about Paypal? --- We love Paypal.com, please follow the above instructions, we need the same information as if you mailed payment. Paypal is processed 2-3 times a week. Pay to auctionfarm@aol.com. The Ebay Checkout will automatically steer you to Paypal. Use Paypal if you are an International customer and want to pay with a credit card. You can also fax an order with a credit card to 270-574-5780.
(4) Insurance. Insurance is provided automatically only if we ship UPS. Our shipping department decides whether to ship UPS or Mail. If you want to be protected, add the optional $1 per $100 of merchandise for complete 100% insurance coverage. Then if your package is lost we replace the item immediately or refund your payment in full without you having to file a claim.
(5) Can I call in with a credit card? --- We are accepting credit cards through Paypal, that is the guaranteed safest way. If you prefer to call with the credit card, please call 818-574-5788. If the voice mail answers, please leave your name and auction number and the credit card # and expiration date. Fill out the online ebay CHECKOUT form with your name and address and phone #, and we will match it with your phone message, or email with your name and address. Visa, Mastercard, Discover & Amex only, please.
(6) Can I combine auctions and save on the shipping? ---- Yes. When you are ready to pay for all of the auctions, email us at auctionfarm@aol.com with a list of all of the auction numbers that you want to have shipped together, and your name and shipping address, and we will email you back with the combined reduced shipping charge. You MUST pay for all combined auctions in one payment to get the reduced shipping. In general, there is a minimum charge of at least $1-$4 per extra auction combined for shipping and handling. You can use paypal, but make only ONE payment, change the total to reflect the combined total, and pay to auctionfarm@aol.com and include a list of the auction numbers that you are paying for.
(7) Can I email you with a question? --- Yes, but we are getting so many emails that it sometimes takes 2 days or more to answer, especially on weekends and Holidays. Before leaving negative feedback because of slow email response, give it an extra day or two, or call.
(8) Is my purchase guaranteed? --- Yes, we have a 30 day guarantee. If your item is defective or different from the description in the auction, we will refund your money. Even if you are simply unhappy with the item, you may return it for a refund, Shipping is not refundable. We are not responsible for carrier delays in delivery.
(9) FEEDBACK. Feedback is important to both the buyer and seller, our system is now automated to return positive feedback within 24 hours. If it is important to you to get prompt feedback, please email me with the auction number and you first and last name, we can give quick positive feedback that way. Negative feedback will be given to all winners that do not pay for their auction.
(10) DESKS- Many Desks are shipped from our warehouse in Los Angeles. Some models are shipped from a different warehouse in LA. Allow 3-4 days after payment is made for your desk order to be sent. If you are requesting a color other than the one featured at the auction, please include that request with your payment. Include a phone number, we will notify you if the color that you are requesting is out of stock.
(11) DESK SHIPPING OUTSIDE CONTINENTAL USA- For Hawaii and Puerto Rico and APO, we send by UPS AIR or US MAIL. Certain desks are too large to send by Mail. You should email us with your address and we will quote various freight choices.
(12) Special Note on International Orders. --- Unfortunately, shipping delays are sometimes caused by customs, please be patient, out of thousands of orders that we have sent to Europe and Australia, only a handful have actually been lost. The US Post Office will not allow a claim to be filed for a lost package until 60 days have passed, so please do not request that until after 60 days have passed. We can fax or mail proof of shipment if you send a request for that on a package that has not arrived for thirty days or more. Tracking numbers are available for packages sent by Air or Economy Parcel Post.
(13) Express Shipments- If you need something expedited, or shipped by AIR, we can help. You must call between 10am and 5pm Mon-Fri at 818-574-5788 with a credit card. Or leave a message on the voice mail and we will call you back. There will be an extra charge depending upon the weight of the package and where we are shipping.
(14) Gift Delivery and Shipping Gifts- We do Gift Wrap (small packages $3) and we will ship gifts to any address that you specify. We can also include a gift note or card at no extra charge. You can add the Gift Wrap charge and the Gift Note to your paypal payment, or pay any other method, just be sure to include the Shipping Address and the Gift Message with the payment.
